Take some time to be with yourself from the inside out. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. Feel that breath. Bring divine awareness to your breath. Notice the flow in and the flow out.
Breathing in, notice the inner vision. Breathing out, share your inner wisdom. Listen for a word or sound ─ something your breath is bringing forward. Listen to the whisper of your brilliance. Rest in the energy of that word or sound. Be with the sound calling you forward to slow down and asking you to listen. Come back home to yourself. What is the call of your heart? What is your breath bringing forward?
Fill yourself up with yourself ─ your joyful, brilliant self. How does that feel?
