The Path of the White Mesa Meditation Walk – Meditation walk is full.

Come spend a few hours in nature as we explore the ancient Native American trails of Pelham Bay Park ─ Orchard Beach. Enjoy the story of the last Algonquin, known as Joe Two Trees. Walk on sacred land with mindfulness. We will stop to meditate and listen to nature. Throughout our walk, we will pause to meditate, learn about the history of the trails, and discover the many beautiful birds. All levels welcome. You may bring offerings to Mother Earth: corn, sage, tobacco etc…

You are also welcome to bring binoculars. Please wear comfortable shoes.
