Experience the exquisite and ecstatic energy of your heart that connects you to your authentic self. Using primarily classic meditation methods, shamanic journeying, guided visualizations, as well as other experiential practices, we will explore some important aspects of the heart. We will be drawing on the physical and energetic experiences as well as the inspiration of poetry and lore from various cultures, myths and spiritual traditions to awaken our untamed heart. Our week long retreat includes experiencing shamanic practices and other rituals to awaken and access our greatest source of power – our heart.
Our days will start with morning meditation, poetry, gentle yoga, and mindfulness practices. Many of our afternoons are left free to enjoy and explore the abundant resources and natural beauty. In the evenings, after dinner, we will gather for heart circles that might include: shamanic journeying, chanting, movement, sacred play, sharing, and creative expression. Each practice will give us the opportunity to explore and unearth our wild cosmic heart.

COST: $1,695 – Double Bungalow Room with Private Bath or 
$1,995 – Single Room with a Private Bath.
INCLUDED: All retreat workshops, 6 nights/7 days accommodations, three meals a day, exclusive workshop space, yoga props for personal use, local classes.
NOT INCLUDED: Flights between home and Hawaii, optional spa treatments, shamanic/healing sessions, airport transfers each way ($50 if multiple pick-ups or $75 if single pick-up).
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your space for this retreat. Payment in full is required by August 31, 2018. Registrations are gladly accepted after August 31, 2018 based on availability.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations made prior to May 31, 2018 are subject to the forfeit of all deposit monies paid ($300). Reservations cancelled between June 1 – August 31, 2018 are subject to cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the retreat cost. Reservations cancelled on or after September 1, 2018 are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost and are non-refundable.
You may want to consider purchasing commercial travel insurance, which would include trip cancellation protection.

Mary Anne Flanagan is the founder of Toning the OM™ and is an international meditation teacher, facilitator, shamanic healer, and sought-after speaker whose unique spiritual journeys, spiritual workshops, and heart-centered classes on meditation and mindfulness are taught around the world. She has taught in Egypt, Peru, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands as well as her home state of New York. Mary Anne is a Certified Life Coach from New York University. She has a private meditation, shamanic healing, and coaching practice in New York City.
