The Drum and the Dream Immersions are for those who want to deepen their relationship to the sacred within themselves, one another, and Mother Earth. The purpose of the immersion is to weave ancient shamanic teachings with contemporary meditation practices.
Our day long journey will offer teachings in shamanism through meditation, heart-rituals, shamanic journeying, nature attunements, breath-work, earth-paintings, sacred play and ceremonies.
Our day will include practical teachings and experiences on:
-becoming stewards of the earth
-honoring the sacred within ourselves
-learning the ways of the shaman
-weaving ancient shamanic teachings
-creating a sacred space as a community
-releasing misunderstandings of the past
-celebrating sacred play and ceremonies

Location: Greenwich Point Park (meeting place provided with registration)
What to Bring: One palm sized stone (not a crystal), a cloth to cover your stone, notebook, water bottle, drum and/or rattle (extra rattles will be provided), any sacred object/s

Mary Anne Flanagan is the creator of Toning the OM™ and is an international teacher, facilitator, shamanic healer, and sought-after speaker whose unique spiritual journeys, spiritual workshops, and heart-centered classes on meditation and mindfulness are taught around the world. She has taught in Egypt, Peru, and Hawaii as well as her home state of New York. She has a private healing and coaching practice in New York City.
