I Am Home…
Wednesday, April 18th, 2012
As my partner and I listen for where our next ‘home’ is, I see this as an opportunity to listen to the vibration of the word. I explored the energy of the word home in my meditation.
Home. OM. Home. OM.
You have the blueprints of your home inside you.
You already have the lights, furniture, and keys you will ever need.
The front door is always open.
Hand over the keys over to the universe.
You have love – home.
You have peace – home.
You have an oasis residing in you – home.
Listen to your New Home Mantra:
I am here.
I am home.
I have arrived.
Home.
I am ready for my home outside to match my home inside.

Meditation on Kindness
Monday, April 9th, 2012
Meditation: Turn your awareness to your breath.
Breathe easy in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Ask your hand to go somewhere on your body that needs attention.
Breathe more fully where your hand is. Close your eyes.
Feel the space in between where your hand is not there.
Notice parts of your body where your hand is present.
Breathe light and kindness. And more kindness…
Allow yourself to breathe kindness through your hand.
How are you transmitting kindness?
What is your message of kindness? Just listen.
Take a deeper breath in and out – kindness.
Open your eyes and see the world with kind eyes.
See the world with kindness – what’s possible?
How kind of you to gift yourself more kindness.
Radiate kindness with every interaction.
To a kinder, gentler you, Mary Anne
Are You Opening to More?
Friday, April 6th, 2012
Are you open to more love?
Are you open to more brilliance?
Are you open to more ideas?
Are you open to more joy?
Are you open to more laughter?
Are you open to more peace?
Are you open to more kinship?
Are you open to more stillness?
Are you open to more bliss?
Are you open to more and to more and to more?
Are you open to more YOU?

It’s Not the Answer – It’s the Question
Thursday, March 22nd, 2012
As I sat in meditation, I realized I wasn’t searching for an answer as much as I was searching for the question. It’s the question that arises that determines where my energy and attention goes. The questions that arose this morning were: What is the call of my heart? What is my breath bringing forward? There was no need to answer, but just to keep asking and asking and asking.
What is the divine question that keeps coming forward in your life and in your heart?
You are invited to place your hands on your heart for a few moments each day and listen – just listen. Reach into the infinite brilliance that is always available within. Focusing on your hand connecting with your heart, what divinely inspired question arises?
Feel your hands. Feel your heart. Open your hands. Open your heart.
Let your question show up and guide you. What is the question of your heart?

I Let Go And…
Tuesday, March 13th, 2012
I let go and let kindness in…
I let go and I let love lead me…
I let go and I let joy flow through me…
I let go and I let brilliance teach me…
I let go and I let God/Spirit shine in me…
I let go and I let life show me…
I let go and I let peace connect me…
I let go and let stillness heal me…
I am yielding to letting go, to growing, and being. I am anchored in the letting go.
By letting go, I am activating unconditional love, which starts with me and expands out.
Peace, Mary Anne

Shape Shifting Suffering
Monday, February 27th, 2012
In a conversation with one of my spiritual teachers I asked, “When does the suffering stop?” She took a breath and said she wanted to think about it more and allow the question to go in. She invited me to do the same. I took some time during a quiet retreat I was facilitating to sit with my thoughts about suffering. As part of the retreat I invited participants to take time for a contemplative walk in the woods and just listen to what nature had to say. I began walking down a long nature trail that narrowed deep into the woods. After walking for twenty minutes, I found a large tree that had fallen and I sat down to listen to my question about suffering.
I opened my journal and decided to shape shift the question into parts:
When does the suffering stop?
Does the suffering stop?
The suffering stops.
Suffering stops.
Stop.
Nature spoke and in that moment, the suffering stopped.

Every step
The wisdom of the earth
Comes to me with
Every smile
The wisdom of the earth
Comes to me with
Every moment
The wisdom of the earth
Is me – here. Now.

The joy in me is the joy in you.
The light in me shines the light in you.
The bliss in me shares the bliss in you.
The song in me sings the song in you.
The peace in me is the peace in you.
The love in me is the love in you.
The dance in me moves with the dance in you.
The creative genius in me is the same as the creative genius in you.
Mary Anne
